Who is behind ITS-Netting
A project for Discord communities, built in Germany, operated in the EU.
What we do
ITS-Netting develops and operates bots for Discord servers. The focus is on what a growing community needs every day: moderation that does not have to be readjusted by hand all the time, a ticket system for support requests, levels and rewards for active members, temporary voice channels and a log that makes it traceable who did what.
The difference from many alternatives lies less in the range of features than in how much can be configured. Almost every message the bot sends can be rewritten in the dashboard: text, color, image, arrangement. If you want an image card, you get one; if you prefer a plain embed, you switch it over. Both are available in every area, not just in one.

How we work

Ten languages from the start. Every interface and every bot message exists in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish and Russian. Not translated afterwards, but taken into account while building.

Nothing fails silently. If a check cannot run through, the request is denied instead of being waved through, and it is recorded in the log. A fault nobody sees is more expensive than one that stands out.

Data minimization. We collect what a feature really needs, and no more. Message contents are not stored permanently.

No deletion of player data. When a hole is closed, it is closed going forward, existing progress is kept, even if that makes the fix more laborious.
Where the data is kept
Servers and database are located in the European Union. Data processing follows the GDPR; which data is processed for what purpose is set out in detail in the privacy policy. Advertising is only delivered after explicit consent, without consent the consent status stays at “denied” before anything is loaded at all.
Provider
ITS-Netting is operated by a sole trader from Rhineland-Palatinate. The full provider details required by § 5 DDG are in the legal notice. We are glad to receive questions, error reports and suggestions via the contact page.
What we are not finished with yet
The project is young and is being extended continuously. What has been added most recently and what has changed is stated openly in the changelog, including the faults we caused ourselves and fixed again. We consider that more honest than showing only the highlights.
