What Premium unlocks

The bot is free at its core: moderation, auto-moderation, tickets, levels, logs, verification and the remaining building blocks are open to every server. Premium does not unlock features that would otherwise be missing. It unlocks the presentation and the capacity.

Image cards instead of embeds

Rendered images with your own background, your own font and freely placed text: for welcomes, level-ups, giveaways and every other surface. Without a subscription you get the embed version, not nothing at all.

More instead of less

More ticket categories, more stats counters, more auto-replies. The free version caps the number, not the feature. And whatever you have set up stays saved, even when a subscription ends.

Your own bot profile

The bot's nickname, avatar and banner can be set per server. It carries the name and the look that suit your community.

No ads

Premium members see no ads on the website. The check happens before the ad script is loaded at all. So no data leaves you just because a banner would merely be hidden from view.

Whole building blocks

Economy with balances and a shop, the work system with factories and prestige, the appeal system for moderation cases, plus stats channels, confessions, the heatlist, the group finder and the question of the day. These building blocks belong to Premium in full, not just their styling.

More channels in view

Up to ten Twitch and ten YouTube channels per server report into the same Discord channel when someone goes live or uploads a video. Without a subscription it stays at one each.

Products

The same features, two ways to get them.

The subscription renews on its own and costs less per month. The key is a code: pay once, redeem it whenever you like, or give it away.

Frequently asked questions

How is Premium granted and shared across servers?

Free access covers up to 2 servers with the bot installed. Active purchased Premium or Partner access covers up to 3 eligible servers per account; removing the bot frees that slot. You can share purchased Premium with people who currently own a selected server or have Administrator or Manage Server permission there. Team access cannot be shared and works only on servers you own. Partner access is limited to the server IDs registered to your Partner account where your linked Discord account currently owns the server or has Administrator or Manage Server permission, within the same 3 slots.

What happens to my settings when the subscription ends?

They stay saved in full. The bot falls back to the free presentation: image cards become embeds, extra categories or counters pause. As soon as a subscription is in place again, everything carries on unchanged. We delete nothing.

Who can use the free trial?

It lasts seven days and can be used once per linked Discord account and once per server. You need a verified email, a linked Discord account, and ownership of a Discord server. One Discord account can be linked to only one dashboard account. Trial Premium cannot transfer to servers you only manage. When it expires, settings stay saved and Premium-only features pause.

How quickly is the subscription active?

Right after the payment is confirmed. The bot checks the status regularly; in rare cases it takes a few minutes until it has picked it up.

I redeemed a key, but nothing has been unlocked.

Reload the account page once. If the status stays open, please open a ticket and tell us the key. We can then see in the log where it is stuck and unlock it by hand.
