Patches & Updates

Everything happening with Its-Comm and the ITS-Netting platform: with screenshots and short guides to new features. Newest changes first.

v5.1 01.09.2026 NewImprovedFixed

Transcripts you can read, premium that stays with the server, and a dashboard that stops fighting itself

  • Voice transcripts recognise far more. A larger recognition model, a proper search instead of always taking the first guess, and a vocabulary hint in all eleven languages. Measured on audio that sounds like Discord really does – compressed, noisy, slightly fast: two of six target words before, five of six after. Everyday words, names and swearing now come through instead of turning into something that merely rhymes.
  • Transcripts are in the right order again, and sentences stay whole. Two faults in the recording: the last thing every speaker said was missing from the timeline, so everything after it was placed too early and answers could appear above the question. And the first moment of every sentence was lost, because the recording only started after the first packet had already arrived. Both are fixed, and consecutive pieces from the same person are now joined into one contribution instead of standing as separate lines.
  • Premium now belongs to the server, not to a seat in the dashboard. It counts when the server owner has it, when the server itself is a partner server, or when someone with Administrator or Manage Server brings a paid subscription or a partnership. Being an editor in the dashboard no longer carries premium across, and neither does an ITS-Netting staff rank or a trial – those keep working on your own server.
  • Patron tiers unlock premium, as the pricing page promises. Torch, Beacon and Lodestar now open every premium feature for as long as the patronage runs. Until today they opened nothing at all, which nobody would have noticed until the next person subscribed. Spark is unchanged: badge, patron channel and early news.
  • The bot’s nickname is a premium feature, and now behaves like one. On a server without premium a manual rename is undone within seconds. The owner and the person who renamed both get a message explaining where the name is set – in the language the server has configured. On a premium server the dashboard wins: if the name there differs from the one on Discord, it is applied, which previously never happened.
  • Truth or Dare deck cards were unreadable. A single rule meant for text fields gave every checkbox full width, so the text beside it was squeezed to one character per line and the card looked empty. It affected all 112 checkboxes in the bot settings, not just the decks. Deck lists now show four decks and scroll for the rest.
  • The brand scrollbar is back where it had gone missing. Dashboard, account, admin and the legal pages were showing the operating system’s bar. One colour had quietly changed meaning between two stylesheets, which painted the track almost white and buried the gradient under a white border.
  • A subscription that ends now really ends. On the website a partner entry with an unreadable end date counted as active forever; the bot had closed that gap two weeks ago, the website had not. Nobody in the current data was affected – the door is simply shut now.
v5.0 23.08.2026 NewImproved

MOONLINE is open to everyone, plus the cabin and two new modules

  • MOONLINE is released. The beta is over: on every server where you switch on the game and the economy, every member can play. No waiting, no unlocking, no list.
  • The cabin with five rooms: storage keeps catches without blocking your bucket. The drying rack slowly raises the value of stored catches, up to a cap. The workbench crafts bait from catches instead of buying it. The aquarium room gives more tanks, even without a subscription. And the map on the wall shows weather and moon for the coming days.
  • Truth or Dare as its own module: /tod draws a truth or a dare, three buttons keep the round going. Fifteen truths and fifteen dares are included, in eleven languages and all doable in chat. You add your own prompts in the dashboard.
  • Role announcements: anyone who gets a role is welcomed in a channel, with an image card or an embed. The ping is set per rule and is off by default, so nobody feels spammed. During a mass assignment the bot stops on its own after ten announcements.
  • Inbox: the number on the bell now counts only unread messages and disappears once you have opened the inbox. Before, it stayed put and merely turned pale.
v4.9 23.08.2026 NewImproved

Settings that finally arrive, and one look for every image card

  • Fishery settings were being discarded when you saved. Out of 78 fields exactly one got through: aquarium, bait, chests, weather, channel lists and leaderboards all jumped back to the old value the next time you opened the page, with no error. Every field now arrives, and numbers outside the allowed range are moved to the nearest valid value instead of being thrown away.
  • Three log switches had done nothing since 17 August. "Nickname changed", "Name changed" and "Avatar changed" could be switched on, but no log ever appeared. They work now, in all eleven languages.
  • New: colours and font for ALL image cards at once. Under "Look of all image cards" you set the accent colour, background colour and font once, and they apply to welcome, levels, tickets, logs, economy and everything else. Each value has its own switch, so you do not have to set all three.
  • Areas with their own colours keep them unless you explicitly want otherwise. A switch at the bottom pushes your settings through everywhere. Your own values stay saved and are simply no longer used, so you can undo it without losing anything.
  • A sample card shows the result straight away. It is drawn with the same renderer as the bot’s real cards and updates with every slider you move.
  • A custom font file now applies to every card too, not just to a single area.
v4.8 23.08.2026 NewImproved

Invites count honestly, commands listen to you, and photos from your phone finally go through

  • Invite tracker. A leaderboard, reward roles and a panel in a channel. What counts is who stayed: anyone who leaves again stops counting, and accounts that are too new never count at all. The panel now also comes as a picture card, with your own colours, font and background.
  • /invites now shows WHO someone brought in, not just a number. With a note for anyone who left again and anyone who was not counted.
  • New command /heatlist: the most active members of the last few days, visible to everyone in the channel.
  • The command manager now lets you set who may use each command: everyone, team only, or only those with "Manage Server". You enter your team roles there too. /usercommands and /staffcommands follow that, and disabled commands no longer appear in any list.
  • "Both, banner and embed" did nothing on four surfaces and sent only the picture card: verification, the scoreboard panel, level-ups and the end of a giveaway. Now both arrive, as set.
  • Reviews can now be sent without text. Stars alone are enough; anyone who wants to write still can.
  • Photos from an iPhone were lost during upload. Choosing an image from the photo library as a background simply did nothing: the HEIC format was filtered out without a message. Photos are now converted in the browser and scaled down along the way. And if something really does not arrive, it now says so.
  • New updates now appear in your inbox on the website, with the title of the change and a way straight here.
v4.7 15.08.2026

Reaction roles: one pick or several, your own embeds and 50 groups

  • New: you decide per group whether people may pick one role or several. With a group set to “only one”, a new pick replaces the old one: the previous role is taken away without anyone having to deselect it first. A role bought in the shop stays untouched.
  • New: the message above the buttons can be an embed, separately for every group. Title, text, colour, image and footer, or a reference to a saved template. Not set still means the plain text from above.
  • With Premium you can now have 50 groups instead of 25.
  • Fixed: a free server's third group was saved and never posted. Dashboard and server allowed three, the bot only delivered two, and nobody said so anywhere. All three arrive now.
  • Gone: the hidden limit of two roles per group. It was built in, adjustable nowhere, and the third pick was simply refused. With “several” set, members can now hold every role of a group. If you do not want that, set the group to “only one”.
  • If a role or channel list is missing, it now says why. Before, the picker silently turned into a text box asking for an 18-digit ID. Now a line next to it says the bot is not on the server or may not read the list, and that you can enter the ID by hand until then.
  • The work command now belongs to the economy. It used to open the tycoon empire, although that has long been run from its own panel. Now it starts a shift in your job. You still reach the empire through its panel.
  • Fixed: tycoon events showed a placeholder instead of the number. The chat literally read +{amount} coins instead of +250 coins. Seven events were affected, in all eleven languages. The amount is now part of the sentence, and the repetition in brackets is gone.
v4.6 15.08.2026

Build your own jobs, six kinds of shift, and a more honest economy panel

  • You can now create your own jobs. In the dashboard under Economy system: name, icon, pay from and to, the break between two shifts, and optionally a role or a level as a requirement. Up to 25 jobs per server. Your members pick a job in the /jobspanel panel and work there by button.
  • Six kinds of shift instead of three. Pay out instantly, click the right one, type in a code, and new: solve a sum, spell a word, or get a different task every shift. Get the task right and you earn full pay, miss it and you still earn a share. The four tasks are Premium, instant payout is free.
  • The jobs panel and the shift result can now be styled. Picture card only, embed only, or both, with your own banner texts. They were the last economy surfaces without that choice.
  • Roles are picked from a list instead of typing an 18 digit ID. With search, the same as everywhere else in the dashboard.
  • Saved jobs collapse. Collapsed, you still see name, pay range, break and task kind at a glance, instead of 25 open blocks stacked up.
  • Fixed: the work command cooldown was labelled "minutes" but counted in seconds. Entering 5 gave you 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes. We changed the label, not the maths, so your setting stays exactly as it was.
  • "Reset money when a member leaves" is back. The setting was removed while balances were shared across servers, because it would have wiped a player's entire progress. Now that the balance belongs to the server again, it makes sense again. It is off by default. The note beside it now says plainly that Discord reports leaving, being kicked and being banned as the same event.
  • The requirement for new partners is 1000 members, up from 300.
  • Server staff can grant and remove balance. /eco give and /eco take, both require the Manage Server permission. Removing never pushes an account into the negative: if there is less than requested, the reply states what was actually taken. Every transaction is written to the log.
  • Fixed: /help sometimes returned an error instead of a reply. Discord gives a command three seconds for its first response; /help used to read the server language from the database first and was too late whenever that came back slowly. The command now acknowledges first and does the work afterwards.
v4.5 14.08.2026

Shorter commands, and three silent failures fixed

  • Commands now live under short categories. Moderation is /mod, the economy is /eco, levels are /lvl, tickets are /tk, reminders are /rm and MOONLINE is /ml. Type /mod ban instead of /ban. Discord still shows every subcommand in the command picker, so typing "ban" finds it. Music is deliberately unchanged: /play, /join, /skip and the rest keep their names.
  • Why we did it. Discord allows a bot 100 slash commands and we were at 92. Eight left is not enough for what is coming. We are now at 50, with 50 free, and no feature was removed to get there.
  • Events that never appeared. If the bot could not post into the chosen channel, the event was quietly marked as done and never came back. We found one on a real server: marked as posted, with no message behind it. Now an event waits until it can actually be sent, and the reason ends up in the log.
  • Sticky messages that were never saved. A sticky without a channel, or without a text, was silently discarded on save. The dashboard said "saved" and nothing was stored. Across every server, not a single sticky message existed. You now get told what is missing instead of a false success.
  • The bot profile stopped losing your nickname. Nickname and avatar were sent to Discord in one request. When Discord rejected the image, because it was too large or because of its own change limit, the nickname failed with it. Each field is sent on its own now, and the dashboard tells you in your language why Discord refused, including how many minutes until the next attempt.
  • A server you just created shows up right away. The dashboard read your server list from the moment you signed in, so a server created afterwards was invisible, and inviting the bot opened a new tab you never came back from. Inviting now happens in the same tab and returns you straight to the dashboard with a fresh list.
  • Honest numbers on the front page. The statistics tiles used to fall back to invented figures. They now stay hidden until a real number is available.
v4.4 14.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

Seven days of Premium, a counting game, and one question about your style

  • Seven days of Premium, free and without payment details. You pick it when you choose your plan. It ends by itself, nothing is charged, and no card is asked for. Once per account: it needs a confirmed email address and a linked Discord account.
  • A counting game for your channels. Count up together, starting at 1. Three modes, set per channel: classic, speed counting with a live countdown, and one without a safety net. Saves catch a mistake instead of throwing away a hundred numbers, and /counting top shows who counts the most.
  • Picture card or embed, asked once. When you get Premium or become a partner, you are asked which style you prefer, with a small preview of each. Your answer becomes the default for every panel that supports both, and you can still change it in any panel.
  • More than one DJ role, and music from the dashboard. Add and remove tracks in your browser, and list as many roles as you like as DJs.
  • The dashboard now tells you when the bot cannot reach a channel you configured. Server permissions and channel permissions are two different things in Discord: inviting the bot again does not fix a channel it is not allowed to see.
  • Reaction roles: one emoji no longer costs all the others, and if what you typed is not an emoji at all, the field says so while you type.
  • The admin area speaks every language now. 308 texts were German only; they are translated into all ten languages.
v4.3 14.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

Music is here, for every server

  • Music in your voice channel, free for every server. Search a title or paste a link, and the bot joins the channel you are sitting in. The commands are short: /play, /add, /skip, /pause, /resume, /stop, /queue, /join.
  • A DJ desk in the voice chat. When the bot joins, a panel appears in the channel's own text chat: title, progress bar, volume bar, cover, and buttons for back, pause, quieter, louder, skip, repeat, shuffle, 24/7 and stop. It updates itself, and a button press no longer posts a chat message.
  • Whole playlists at once. YouTube playlists are read in seconds, and Spotify playlists work too: the bot takes the track list and finds the audio itself.
  • A restart no longer costs your queue. Channel, queue, volume, repeat and 24/7 survive, and the running track continues at the second where it stopped.
  • You can run the music from the dashboard as well. Add and remove tracks, volume, repeat, shuffle, 24/7 and stop, all from the DJ desk in your browser.
  • More than one DJ role. Every role you list may control playback, not just a single one. Anyone who may manage the server can do it anyway, so nobody locks themselves out.
  • Reaction roles: one emoji no longer costs all the others. Discord rejects certain emoji spellings and refused the whole message, so the panel appeared with no emoji at all. Now only the one emoji Discord objects to is corrected, and the rest stay exactly as you set them.
  • Button or reaction, per entry. Each entry in a reaction role group can now appear as a button under the message or as a reaction on it, mixed in the same panel.
v4.2 13.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

Premium works the same everywhere, and commands speak your language

  • Premium was recognised on the website and refused in Discord. Seven servers were affected. The bot now uses the same four routes as the website: the server owner, whoever connected the bot, partners, and any Premium account with Manage Server or Administrator rights on that server.
  • Command options are in your language again. 46 option names were German for everyone, and 120 had no translation at all. Every option now carries an English base name plus translations in all eleven languages, and Discord shows them in the language of your own client.
  • Untranslated text in the dashboard. A version number kept in two places quietly served old files, so parts of the interface fell back to German no matter what you had selected.
  • VIP is called Premium everywhere now: shop, dashboard, admin area, invoices and the payment provider. Only the name changed: every existing key and every running subscription keeps working exactly as before.
  • /ustats was missing most of what it counted. 85 of 94 people showed zero voice time on one server; 224.3 hours were invisible. There is now also a 14-day window and your most used voice channel.
  • Picture cards in Hindi. The script had no font on the server and came out as empty boxes. 110 cards were rendered again in all eleven languages.
  • Banned words are added one at a time. Enter or space turns a word into its own chip, instead of one long comma-separated line you had to edit by hand.
  • The embed preview never updated, and the picture-card preview showed a stranger's avatar instead of yours. Both affected every panel that has a message designer, not just one.
  • Advertising is being prepared, and only with your consent. Nothing is loaded before you agree, and the privacy policy now describes it in section 2.12.
v4.1 11.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

New: /ustats, reaction roles rescued, and documentation you can navigate

  • New command /ustats. Messages, voice time, server ranks and top channels as a picture card, with a choice of time windows, for yourself or for anyone else on the server.
  • Reaction roles lost whole groups when saving. Three groups on one server disappeared without any error message. A member reported it; afterwards every other panel was checked for the same class of error.
  • The "/" list showed every command twice. 3,735 leftover registrations were removed.
  • /help, /ustats and /vcs answered in German no matter which language you had set. Fixed at the source instead of patched over.
  • All 397 pages were checked for German typed straight into the page. Everything found is now in the dictionary and translated.
  • The documentation has a sidebar and a table of contents. You can see where you are and jump to what you need, instead of scrolling through one long page.
  • "Show original" on all six legal texts. The translations are there so you can read them; the German original stays the legally binding version, and it is now one click away.
  • The homepage is shorter. First step against endless scrolling, more to follow.
  • Areas can be put into maintenance individually. Work on one part no longer takes everything else down with it.
  • The TikTok pixel only runs after you agree, like every other non-essential script on this site.
v4.0 10.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

Voice channels you actually control, and tickets that stay put

  • Temporary voice channels are controlled from inside the channel. The control panel sits in the channel's own chat: rename, lock, set a limit, invite, remove someone, and pick members from a list instead of typing IDs. Anyone locked out can knock from a dropdown.
  • You can own more than one temporary channel, hand one over, and an admin can take over an abandoned one. If the owner is away for ten minutes, everyone in the channel is told it can be claimed, and that notice survives a bot restart.
  • Ticket panels stopped disappearing and duplicating. Three separate causes, each measured against the live data. Saving one named panel no longer deletes the others, and the panel list is visible again.
  • Special characters on picture cards are drawn, not boxed. Names with symbols, arrows or non-Latin script used to come out as empty rectangles.
  • The server limit is visible before you run into it, the invite is blocked once it is reached, and the bot can leave a server by itself.
  • "Add bot" now sits at the top of the homepage, with a login path for anyone not signed in and wording that says plainly what is being added.
  • Subscription renewals were missing from the dashboard figures and from the accounting export. They are counted now.
  • The dashboard preview showed the wrong thing: a missing embed and wrong button labels. It now matches what the bot really sends.
  • MOONLINE speaks Hindi: 775 entries, read through by a native speaker rather than passed through a spell check.
  • Adding a partner by hand asked for the wrong ID. The form wanted the ITS ID while the server was looking for an internal one, so nothing was ever found.
v3.9 09.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

Prices in your currency, Hindi, and subscriptions that end when they end

  • Prices appear in your own currency. Euro, US dollar, Indian rupee and pound sterling, converted at the official daily rate of the European Central Bank. A switcher in the shop lets you change it at any time, and you always pay the total shown before the button.
  • The address form knows real countries again. 243 countries with their own postal-code rules, a state field for the United States, and a list that sorts itself correctly when you change language. The old catch-all "other" is gone.
  • Hindi is the eleventh language. Website, dashboard, bot and MOONLINE, more than 1,660 entries, translated and read through rather than machine-fed.
  • The ticket page had no translations at all. Two dictionaries on the same page overwrote each other, so it stayed German in every language.
  • When a subscription ends, it now really ends. Three areas kept running after expiry. Every paid function is checked at the moment it is used, not only when it is switched on.
  • The permission overview keeps itself current. It refreshes every five minutes on its own instead of once a day, and there is no button to press any more.
  • Choosing a plan no longer leads to an empty checkout. The plan comparison was also missing rows, which made Premium look thinner than it is.
  • The leaderboard button no longer spins forever.
  • We cannot deliver to six countries for now: India, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Russia, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. Each requires tax registration from the very first sale. All languages stay available: a language is not a country.
v3.8 08.08.2026 NewImprovedFix

Billing to the day, clear permissions, and an end to duplicate messages

  • Subscriptions now bill on exactly the cycle you bought. Daily, weekly, monthly and multi-month terms are passed to the payment provider unchanged. Previously anything other than monthly or yearly silently fell back to monthly.
  • Switching payment method no longer leaves the old subscription running. The previous subscription is cancelled at the provider. If that fails it is recorded and retried instead of being forgotten.
  • Cancelling now tells you the truth. If the payment provider does not confirm it, you get an error instead of a success message.
  • Refunds are processed automatically. A refund at Stripe or PayPal updates the order and the revenue figures on its own. Partial refunds are recorded as an amount.
  • The permissions assistant shows every permission and its real state. You see what is active and what is not, and you decide how it should be. Areas that need a permission you have not granted are visibly locked and name the missing permission.
  • The bot can adjust its own role. It drops deselected permissions itself, so you no longer have to do it by hand in the server settings. Administrator is never granted, and it keeps the permissions it needs to reply.
  • Inbox in the header. Accept or decline team invitations right there, with a notification sound, and leave a team from the same place.
  • Level-up cards are posted exactly once again. Several sources of experience points could announce the same level-up at the same time.
  • Old panels disappear reliably. If one cannot be removed it is remembered and retried on the next pass, instead of leaving a duplicate behind.
  • Anti-nuke, looking-for-group and the webhook watch are free for everyone. The automatic trigger of panic mode no longer needs a subscription either: during a live wave, payment status must not decide whether a server is saved.
  • The command is now /temp-role. The old name was flagged by Discord review. Function and settings are unchanged.
  • Economy: four fixes. The daily fishing limit could be used twice in certain time zones, a giveaway could be drawn twice, a mini-game paid out again after long uptime, and a transfer now completes as a whole or not at all.
  • Custom 404 page in all ten languages, instead of a blank error page.
  • Withdrawal policy and cookie notice in all ten languages. Both were German only. The cookie notice also asked consent for Google fonts that this site does not use at all; fonts come exclusively from our own server.
v3.7 31.07.2026 NewImprovedFix

Documentation in all 10 languages & dashboard fixes

  • Image cards can now be customized on every area. Four areas had no card field at all: leaderboard, invite logs, appeal and the setup assistant. The same controls and the same look now apply everywhere.
  • There is always a free alternative to the image card. Six areas had none: logs, moderation, invite logs, appeal, setup and voice channels. The order is now the same everywhere: self-designed first (even without Premium), otherwise the image card, otherwise the built-in embed. Plain text on its own no longer exists anywhere.
  • The preview now shows only what the bot really sends. Until now the card and the embed stood there at the same time: anyone who had switched the card off still saw it in the preview. Now the same order as in the bot decides, and a sentence underneath explains why the other preview is missing.
  • The message designer is here, starting with the logs. A message you designed yourself beats everything else and works without Premium too.
  • The level system no longer resets anything when saving. Previously the page lost every value for which it has no field of its own. The card look is now on the Appearance sub-page and applies to both level cards together.
  • Panel pages now have an overview instead of endless scrolling. The settings are sorted into categories and every area has its own sub-page: you can find what you are looking for again.
  • 40 headings in the dashboard were hard-wired to German. They could not be translated into any language. All of them are now in the dictionary, along with 38 further interface texts that the check found.
  • Auto replies were lost while typing. Automatic saving wrote the half-finished entry over the finished one. The limit was contradictory as well: the website saved two auto replies, the bot used only one.
  • Voice support never saved waiting rooms. The channel list was stored as text instead of as a list and discarded on loading: the setting looked saved and never was.
  • Auto-moderation could no longer be opened. An error in the panel aborted the page before it appeared.
  • The global image card background never reached the database. The field could be filled in, but only a button right at the bottom would have saved it, and after the server profile that button is out of sight. It is now saved immediately, and the server’s answer is checked instead of blindly reporting “Saved”.
  • Counter channels as a replacement for server.stats. Member count, boosts and roles now sit directly in the channel name, without Discord swallowing the change.
  • The team list fills up by itself. Anyone with access to a server appears automatically: no more adding by hand.
  • Your own opt-out for message data. Everyone can now object to the storage of their message data themselves and request their data or have it deleted (GDPR Art. 15 and 17).
  • The deletion address is now on a domain of its own. Previously a private Gmail address stood there.
  • Error messages and the invite log now exist in all 10 languages. Both were hard-wired to German and English.
  • An incorrect statement in the trust band has been removed. It said “no ad tracking” in 10 languages: that could not be upheld as long as ads are being served. It now says what is true: tracking only with consent.
  • Server emojis are available to the dashboard. Custom emojis can now be picked where previously only the built-in ones were on offer.
  • The documentation is now fully available in all 10 languages. All 13 guides, the overview, “About us” and the contact page: 838 text blocks, each translated individually. Before that the entire documentation was in German, no matter which language was set.
  • The documentation can now be reached from the navigation. Until now only a link at the very bottom of the footer led there: anyone who did not know about it never found it.
  • The background image of image cards can be removed again. There was only “Upload image”, but no way back to the built-in design. Now there is a “Remove” next to it.
  • 33 dashboard labels stayed in German in every language. Mainly affected were verification, modmail, confessions, applications and the scam link settings: including the “Background image” field. All of them are now translated.
  • The newsletter window covered the documentation. It no longer appears on the guide pages, in the legal notice or in the legal texts.
  • A missing translation no longer makes a page unreadable. If an entry was missing, the technical key name appeared in its place instead of text: that was visible live on this patch notes page. Now the existing text stays: untranslated, but readable.
  • The bot no longer loses settings on restart. During start-up all modules queried the database at the same time and part of the server settings did not arrive: individual features then ran on default values. The connection pool was increased; since then start-up completes without errors.
v3.6 25.07.2026 NewImproved

App v1.7.7, the partner page & per-feature game switches

  • App v1.7.7: its own notification sounds. Tickets and sales now have distinct chimes instead of a single silent alert, and the sound can be switched off again at any time.
  • Sale alarm. The app can alert you with a separate sound as soon as a new shop order arrives. Only visible to accounts that may see invoices, and it never fires retroactively for orders that already existed.
  • New “Notifications” settings. Push, notification sound and the sale alarm now each have their own switch in the app settings.
  • Partner page. its-netting.com/partner now explains the partner programme in full: what you get, what we expect, how it works, plus an FAQ, in all 10 languages. Note: the bot needs no Administrator permission.
  • Switch game features on and off. Research, resource market, leaderboard & season event, gifting and the coin-flip mini-game can now each be enabled or disabled per server in the dashboard.
v3.5 24.07.2026 NewImprovedFix

Bot release: sticky design, work panel & ticket transcripts

  • Sticky messages: full design freedom. A new formatting toolbar adds bold, underline, italic, strikethrough, code, quotes, lists and headings, plus a built-in emoji picker and a much bigger editor. You can now add an optional title or send a sticky as a plain message for complete markdown control, and the old fixed “Pinned” header is gone.
  • “Send / post now” for stickies. A sticky can now be posted to its channel instantly from the dashboard, instead of waiting for the next chat message.
  • Reaction roles & stickies no longer glitch. The panels no longer auto-save mid-edit, so buttons stop changing or disappearing while you work. Clear hints show when a button still needs a role, and nothing is silently dropped anymore.
  • Work panel stays at the bottom. The /work-panel start card now re-posts itself like a sticky every few messages, so it is always the newest message in the channel.
  • Downloadable ticket transcripts. Closing a ticket now attaches a neatly styled ITS-Netting .html transcript you can download and open on your PC, together with a summary card (owner, panel and who wrote how much). You can also view and download past transcripts right from the dashboard.
  • Servers per account. Free accounts can add 2 servers, Premium and partners 3.
  • Fully translated. Every new panel and message is available in all 10 languages.
v3.4 19.07.2026 NewFix

Partner program, a cleaner dashboard & app v1.7.5

  • Partner program: partners now get their own purple rank, a dedicated partner dashboard, and an “Our partners” listing on the homepage. Apply with your server and the member count is checked automatically.
  • Renewal made easy: 15 days before a partnership expires we send a reminder with a one-click renew button that takes you straight to your dashboard. If it isn’t renewed, the server is removed from the homepage automatically.
  • Simpler partner management: admins can grant the partner rank straight from the user list, and edit or remove a partner and their server at any time.
  • Redesigned bot dashboard: feature modules are now grouped into collapsible categories with plain-language descriptions and a search, so you’re not hit with everything at once. A new quick-start card shows how many features are active at a glance.
  • Easier settings: application questions are now individual fields you add one by one instead of one big text box, with consistent, tidy panels throughout.
  • Automatic update emails: every new patch note is now summarized and sent to newsletter subscribers automatically.
v3.3 18.07.2026 NewFix

App v1.7.3: live push with custom sounds & sale alerts

  • Custom notification sounds: tickets now sound different from everything else: a dedicated ticket tone for new tickets & replies, and a separate sale tone for purchases, so you instantly know what came in.
  • Foreground notifications fixed: push now arrives reliably whether the app is open, in the background or fully closed.
  • Sale notification for the owner: the moment an order is paid, the owner gets an instant push with the buyer and amount.
v3.2 18.07.2026 NewFix

Bot dashboard: team admins & fixed invite

  • Admins can see the server: anyone with Administrator or Manage Server on a Discord server now sees it in the bot dashboard and can configure the bot. Previously this was limited to the server owner. Managing the team (inviting more people) stays owner-only.
  • Bot invite fixed: adding the bot no longer shows an “Invalid Form Body” error; the invite link now uses clean, valid permissions.
  • FiveM hidden: FiveM scripts are currently not offered and have been removed from the homepage, shop and dashboard.
v3.1 10.07.2026 NewImproved

Full image-card freedom · New appeals · Weekly newsletter

  • Full card customization on EVERY image card: Level, Economy, Logs, Ticket and Giveaway cards now have the same pro tools as the welcome card: upload your own background image, upload your own font (.ttf/.otf), freely drag text & avatar, text size, colours and a grid for pixel-perfect alignment: all with live preview. (Premium)
  • 12 fonts to choose from: from clean to playful, selectable per card; or upload your very own font.
  • Appeal system reworked: banned members automatically get a message with a pre-filled appeal link (they can't reach the server any more). The appeal page has been completely redesigned and made clearer.
  • TempVoice panel with a custom image: set your own background image and accent colour for your voice-channel control panel (recommended 1160×616 px).
  • Newsletter fixed: sign-ups are now saved reliably and shown in the admin. The team can re-send confirmation or manually activate unconfirmed sign-ups.
  • New: weekly recap: once a week we sum up all the news in a little digital newspaper and send it to your inbox. 📰
v3.0 09.07.2026 NewImproved

Multi-user team · Image-card editor · App push

  • Team management (multi-user): invite other ITS-Netting accounts to your server dashboard by email and grant rights per area (view only / edit). The invitee confirms the invitation, then they can help out. (Premium)
  • Image-card editor extended: custom background, avatar & text position via sliders, text size, colours for avatar ring, background & text underline, plus font. New: a grid for pixel-perfect alignment: with live preview.
  • Premium time left in admin: see at a glance how long Premium lasts for each account (live countdown).
  • Ticket DM per category: decide per ticket category whether the support team gets a direct message.
