Partner ranks and benefits
Ranks are assigned automatically from the verified member count. New applications require at least 500 members.
Silver Partner
5,000–19,999 members
Bronze benefits plus picture cards. General Premium features remain locked.
Gold Partner
20,000–49,999 members
All general Premium features. Feature requests start at Platinum.
Platinum Partner
50,000–99,999 members
Gold benefits plus feature requests and higher Partner ticket priority.
Diamond Partner
100,000+ members
Gold benefits, feature requests and the highest Partner rank and ticket priority.
Partner ticket priority rises with every rank. Urgent and technical emergency tickets remain above Partner ranks.
Existing active partners keep their legacy full Premium access on up to three eligible, verified Partner servers and are exempt from the new applicant thresholds. New partners receive the benefits shown for their current rank.
- Register up to three servers you own or can manage. Its-Comm must be installed; public listings require a working invite.
- Partner benefits require Its-Comm to remain on the server. If it stays removed for more than five days, that server loses Partner access until it is verified again.
