Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ITS-Netting, [email protected]) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the form in your order history for this purpose.

Exceptions:
There is no right of withdrawal for digital content if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and the consumer has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) German Civil Code).

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days.
